The Hunter and the Chase in Hong Kong is set over two floors with two different styles of American fare in each venue, overseen by the same executive chef Felipe Lopez. On one level you will find ‘Hunter’- a contemporary steakhouse vs ‘The Chase,’ an elegant cocktail, wine bar and entertainment venue.
